1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ghoorni, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Ghoorni is an AI-powered platform that enables users to generate, edit, and host websites. The service includes AI website generation from text prompts, a visual editor for customization, subdomain and custom domain hosting, and related tools and features.

3. User Accounts

To use Ghoorni, you must be at least 13 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ghoorni to:

  • Generate, host, or distribute illegal content
  • Create or distribute malware or malicious code
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service

5. Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you generate using Ghoorni. By using the service, you grant Ghoorni a limited license to use anonymized and aggregated data derived from your usage to improve and develop the service. This does not include your personal information or the specific content of your generated websites.

6. Subscription & Billing

Ghoorni offers a free tier with limited features. Paid subscription plans are billed monthly in ৳ (Taka). You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.

7. Custom Domains

Ghoorni provides the ability to connect custom domains to your generated sites. You are responsible for ensuring you have rightful ownership or authorization to use any domain you connect. Ghoorni provides DNS configuration guidance and SSL certificate provisioning for connected domains.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Ghoorni reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the service. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Ghoorni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount of fees you have paid to Ghoorni in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
